Mr. Mayo was appointed to Senior Director HSER in November 2025 and oversees the health, safety, environmental and regulatory responsibilities for the organization. Previously, Mr. Mayo served as HSE Manager supporting all corporate and field operations. Mr. Mayo joined Surge in February 2017. Prior to joining Surge, Mr. Mayo worked for BP for 24 years in various operational and HSE roles supporting operations in the lower 48 and Canada.
