Ms. Oza joined Surge Energy in April 2018 and is currently the Senior Director, Human Resources. Prior to joining Surge, Ms. Oza worked for BHP Billiton Petroleum as an HR Business Partner. During her tenure she supported the offshore and onshore businesses with their Exploration, Production, Operations, and HSE groups. Ms. Oza received an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
