Mr. Fleming joined Surge in August 2015 and has filled several management roles including Drilling & Completions Manager and was promoted to VP of Operations in Sept 2017. Mr. Fleming has over 40+ years of domestic oil and gas experience. Prior to Surge, Mr. Fleming was Vice President/Managing Partner for Enduro Resource Partners for 3 years. Mr. Fleming also managed drilling and completion operations for Energen Corporation for several years. Mr. Fleming spent the majority of his career with Occidental Petroleum Corporation, holding various operational management positions spanning a 26 year tenure with the company.
