Mr. Staller joined Surge in August 2015 as Land Manager and was promoted to Land and Legal Director later that year. He assumed duties as Head Counsel in September 2020. Prior to joining Surge, he worked for Rosetta Resources for five years, serving in roles of increasing responsibility in the Regulatory and Land groups. Mr. Staller worked in the financial services industry for close to a decade prior to entering the oil and gas industry. He earned his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and JD from South Texas College of Law Houston.
