Mr. Harper joined Surge in June of 2018. He is a Health, Safety, Environmental and Regulatory (HSER) professional with 30+ years of experience in oil & gas domestic, international, onshore, and offshore operations. Prior to joining Surge, he worked at EP Energy as the HSER Director from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Harper also worked for BP in various HSER roles and leadership positions from 1998 to 2014 and as an industry consultant from 1991 to 1998. Mr. Harper holds a BS in Business Management and Administration and is a Certified Safety Professional. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals and has served in various trade associations.
