Operations Summary

Surge Energy operates in two oil fields in Texas, both in the northern Midland Basin. Hoople, a waterflood asset in Crosby County, was acquired in April 2015. Moss Creek, located in Borden and Howard counties, was acquired in November 2015 and has grown to approximately 785 gross producing wells with Surge Energy’s active drilling program and strategic acquisitions.
